HTC gains 68 percent profit in Q3

The HTC eyes are seen with a dollar sign, as the third quarter results of the company’s earnings report revealed that its net income mounts to NT$18.68 billion. This quarter, the company gains an increment of 68% as compared to Q3 results 2010 and up to seven percent over in contrast to the last quarter.
The profits increase to 79 percent on the year to NT$135.8 billion (around $4.54 billion), which the manufacturer certified to “strong brand recognition, leading product portfolio and expanded distribution channels.”
HTC has got deeper roots in China which has raised its share up to nine over the past year. This has compelled the company to progress handset shipments, which increased by a monstrous 93 percent over the year, to 13.2 million units.
