The device which appears from the hallowed halls of FCC is dubbed as the Samsung “Mandel” we have seen back at CES. There is no confirmation about the devices but boasting 4.3″ display, the Mandel is assumed to be a bigger version of Focus S, while others are speculating it to be a revised Windows Phone version of the Samsung Galaxy S II.
Apart from the screen size, what is known about the Mandel is that it will be an LTE enabled darling. Mandel is packed with an LTE radio running on the 4 and 17 bands that are being used for AT&T’s LTE network. Although the release date of phone remains a mystery but there are good chances for the phone to release at AT&T platform and has the HSPA+ bands for the network.
