Jun 19 Nokia Lumia 710 to get Tango update on June 20

Nokia Lumia 710 for T-Mobile will soon be updated to Windows Phone Refresh (Tango)! Microsoft has recently outed details of Windows Phone update history page for its website, where it has unveiled 7.10.8773.98. Soon after it, a leaked screenshot from what appears to be an online memo for T-Mobile shows that update 7.10.8773 will roll out for Lumia 710 starting from June 20^th which will last up to July 31. This will be an OTA update and users will be aware about the update via notification or Zune that the update is ready for their device. The update will bring various improvements for the device and address various bugs that are haunting the owners.

The update 7.10.8773 enhances the software stability, proximity sensor, camera quality and uplink speed of Lumia 710. It fixes keyboard disappearing issue; unlock screen freezing problem and enables tethering hotspot.

Note that this update 7.10.8773 will be disseminated by Microsoft so T-Mobile has no authority over whoever gets the update. So don’t bother your magenta network if you get the update little late because T-Mobile won’t be able to help you out.
