RIM can be tilted as the “tragedy queen” as the company is trapped in controversy once again. Research in Motion (RIM) customers are complaining about the delay in message delivery which has brought RIM in prompt action and the company has tweeted that it is investigating the cause of complain and will deliver an update to nip this problem in the bud. Just after this the company left a message that “BlackBerry services are currently operating normally in EMEIA”. Hopefully this delay will not turn out to be the one which doomed Blackberry last month with around $100 million and a lawsuit.
