Annoyed BlackBerry users are dealt with no mercy and are left without the service of Text communications for the third day. All the efforts done by Research in Motion end in smoke as the company still struggles to cope with the switching breakdown in its private network.
The BlackBerry customers dwelling in Europe, Africa, Middle East and India undergo an erratic email service and no access to browsing and messaging. This has frustrated the consumers a lot and has raised negativity toward a company whose market shares are already at stake as compared to the Apple and Samsung.
RIM which was of the view that it has fixed the problem, later rejected its words by saying that, the fault has spread like a wild fire beyond EMEA and India to Brazil, Argentina and Chile.
We hope and urge that RIM must pay full attention towards this issue, which has now extended too much and drag its worried customers out of this dilemma.
