Leaked image confirms Retina Display for third-gen iPad
Eager Apple fans who were anticipating for the next generation iPad with a Retina Display will be jumping with joy as their speculation has materialized, a photo of what is said to be the next iPad has just got leaked which suggest that the next iPad will boast an ultra-high-resolution Retina Display.

Although the leaked photo shows an iPad with improved pixel density but there is no confirmation from Apple for it to be the next iPad. Rumors are to be believed Apple will double the linear resolution of the iPad to 2,048 x 1,536 pixels, to provide the pixel density of 264 pixels per inch. But it is still not apparent whether or not Apple will use the aforementioned term, Retina Display for marketing because since the resulting pixel density would be less than that of the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S.
