Corona iOS 5.0.1 Untether updated to Fix iBooks DRM problem
A new version of Corona iOS 5.0.1 Untether jailbreak has released by the eminent iOS developer and founder of Cydia, Jay Freeman a.k.a saurik. The new release which is aimed to fix the DRM iBooks issue has kicked the tool to version 1.0-7. The developer has fed the information through Twitter. He stated that “Corona 1.0-6: @planetbeing put a lot of work into solving iBooks image loading bugs. All users (however jailbroken) on 5.0.1 should install.”

Saurik has advised all iOS users (who have jailbroken their devices) excluding iPhone 3GS with older bootrom, to install the Corona 1.0-7 jailbreak, so it is not important whether your have jailbroken your device using Absinthe jailbreak or Redsn0w or not.

Some users are reporting issues in their iPhone 4S after installing the update. So the founder of Cydia has released another update for Corona 5.0.1 Untether (v1.0-8) to fix these bugs. He asserted that “Corona 1.0-8: @sbingner noticed that 1.0-6/7 failed on iPhone 4S 5.0 (the only supported 5.0 build; absinthe’s Corona had worked): fixed.”
