The Amazon has release d the source code of its most demanded Android Kindle Fire. This release of source code has spread the smiles on hackers’ faces. Obviously the release of code gives birth to the possibility of custom-built kernels, overclocked CPU’s, and general optimization from community developers. The Amazon has taken such initiative to make the code open to external developers and fulfill the demands of Android licensing agreements. While other people will first have to root the device first before tweaking with the Fire’s Gingerbread-based build by following a guide, after that you can pack the Android Market and a lineup of other Google apps, using a guide on xda Forums.
