May 25 Sony ST26i spotted in benchmark

We have been getting the wind of Sony ST26i, but now the device has leaked via OpenGL benchmark test giving us some delicious chunks to feed on. The smartphone was caught in China and is targeted to those who are looking for a budget Android phone. Sony ST26i boasts some impressive mid-range specs, like 4-inch screen with a resolution of 854 x 480-pixels, 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7627A chip, an Adreno 200 GPU and the cherry of Android Ice Cream Sandwich on top.

The device was rumored to be powered by ST-Ericsson U8500 chip with a dual-core 1GHz CPU so we can believe it to be coming with different configurations depending on the markets.
