Look at the image above and guess what is it? No it’s not the Xperia Pepper which leaked today– you are watching the Android smartphone, Xperia Sola which has been announced by Sony just now.
Boasting resemblance with the Xperia Pepper, the Xperia Sola is a mid range Android smartphone which is assigned with 3.7-inch Reality Display enhanced with Mobile BRAVIA engine for superior image quality. Under its hood it houses 1GHz dual-core processor, 5-megapixel camera capable of HD video shooting, NFC with support for Xperia SmartTags and above all Android 2.3 on board which is expected to update some time in summer. The Xperia Sola also brings the Floating touch feature which enables you to use gestures without touching the display, moreover it comes with Sony’s xLOUD technology to offer much better audio experience without distortion.
The Xperia sola will woo the customers in black, white and Red flavors and will be available during Q2 2012, across the globe.
