Mar 22 Sony announced WiFi-Only Tablet P; Tablet S, P Get ICS

Sony’s unique tablet P which came with superb dual screen is going to meet its WiFi only cousin. Sony has just announced WiFi only variant of Sony Tablet P which will see light of the day on April 21st for 50,000 JY ($601 USD) after tax. So if you are attracted towards it, note that you can have a personalized vibrant color casing for the tablet each with 5000 JY ($6 USD).

The good news does not cease here, Sony has thrown an Ice Cream party and it has invited the Sony Tablet P and Tablet S owners to it. The Ice creamers can enjoy the new UI, a new home screen, gallery and camera apps and  improved  performance of their device. They will be getting some widget type apps for quick tasks like using the calculator or the browser plus some special features like photo editing in the gallery, and panoramic pictures.

So owners of Sony Tablet S and P, get ready for the bash which is scheduled for end of April. But no words on whether or not the Wi-Fi version of Sony Tablet P will trip stateside.
