Sonos adds Slacker streaming, Android tablet and Kindle Fire

If you are a music lover you must know about the Sonos, yes the consumer electronics company that has bought a revolution in the music industry. Sonos is a set of WiFi-enabled speakers which let you play digital music throughout your house. This nine year old company sets out to trace new horizons with a revival in home audio for the digital age. Now you must be wondering why we are discussing it today. So folks, the company has released Sonos controller app for Android tablets to make the tablets stand in line of iPhone, iPad and Android phones.
The app will work on Android tablet running on 2.2 or higher. It means if you have got the Kindle Fire, HTC Flyer, you can download it to avail its pleasures.
In addition to the Sonos controller app for Android tablets, the company will release the Sonos 3.6 software which comes with AAC+ codec, more local language support and improved Spotify integration. Now if you have an Android tablet running on 2.2 or above then download it from Android Market without any cost.
