Feb 16 Rumor: Android 5.0 Jelly Bean to spill in Q2 2012

The world hasn’t come out of the magical spree of Google’s dessert-themed OS but the search giant has took its wand again to shower some jelly beans for your device. After the runway success of Android 4.0- Ice Cream Sandwich, Google is planning to give green light to its brand new version of Android, the Android 5.0- dubbed as Jelly Bean. Waiting for the right time to appease masses, Google thinks the perfect time to bang the drum would be the 2nd quarter of this year. Speculations suggest Google now has Windows 8 in its evil sight, and it is confident to outdo Microsoft’s love with its Jelly guns’ renewed focus on the tablet experience.

Take this with a pinch of salt, but Jelly Bean is claimed to bring exceptional ability to dual-boot into Chrome OS, without the need to reboot or shutdown the tablet. Yes its sounds weird but may be folks at Google want to introduce better integration of Chrome within the Android OS. While tongues are wagging with rumors and speculations, we hope Google will break the ice soon and will come up with some pleasing official words on Jelly Bean.
