The XDA developers has a magic fairy ROM who can sprinkle dust this on your device.

The geniuses sitting at the XDA forums has  developed “Paranoid Android”, a tablet/smartphone hybrid ROM which will make your smartphone, a mini tablet and gives you all the functionality you want.
