Jelly Bean available for T-Mobile MyTouch 4G Slide, Defy & Desire HD
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean port on new devices is making headlines these days, one such headline which grabs our attention is that Android 4.1 has now made its way to three new devices, T-Mobile MyTouch 4G Slide, Motorola Defy and the HTC Desire HD.

The devices are pretty aging so Jelly Bean goodness for them is a great surprise just like HTC HD2. Jelly Bean ROMs for MyTouch 4G Slide and HTC Desire HD are stable but there are many things that are not working right now.
XDA Senior Member xmc wildchild22 has developed Jelly Bean port MyTouch 4G Slide while randomblame, XDA Recognized Developer has worked on HTC Desire HD. Motorola Defy Jelly Bean ROM has been brought to light by XDA Senior Member Quarx.
If you are eyeing to check out Jelly Bean ROM on MyTouch 4G Slide, then you have to sacrifice on camera, radio, sound, Notification LED, charging, SDcard, Wifi, onscreen keyboard and auto brightness, because they are not working at the moment while Desire HD owners will face some problems in camera, mic and audio issues when headset is plugged in.
MyTouch 4G Slide ROM is still in development, it has lots of issues so we only wonder if someone is willing to give it a try, Desire HD ROM is better than MyTouch 4G Slide ROM. CM10 Android 4.1.1 for Motorola Defy can be used as a daily driver.
