Apr 25 HTC-Facebook phone to arrive in Q3 this year?

Facebook phones are nothing new; we have heard about them in Mobile World Congress last year when HTC unveiled the HTC Salsa and HTC ChaCha with a Facebook button that enables sharing with just one touch.

Now the Taiwanese tech god has partnered with Facebook to produce “a customized smartphone” which will see the light of the day in Q3 2012. Obviously this is not official information so it’s better to take it with a salt shaker in hand. Reports also suggest that imminent HTC-Facebook phone “will have a platform exclusive to Facebook to enable and integrate all functions available on the social networking site”.

We hope the upcoming phone is a Buffy which has made headlines in late 2011. If it proves to be true, the smartphone will be running an enhanced version of Android.
