Aug 16 Download & Install Paranoid Android ROM on Google Nexus 7

Asus manufactured Google Nexus 7 is one of the hot and most demanded devices these days, if you have already bought a unit for yourself then it’s time to play with your dear buddy. For all those who have a curious heart fitted inside their body, Paranoid Android ROM is available for Google Nexus 7 and its probably a great tool to explore.

If anyone needs introduction, Paranoid Android ROM doesn’t offer tablet mode, it is the first and only Android ROM to feature true Hybrid mode. It won’t shrink the size of apps, instead it enables you scale and project every app, widget, even system components individually. The ROM will give you a complete new experience by transforming your device, but retaining the aesthetics and the feel of your gadget.

This Paranoid Android ROM is a very early build and based on CM10 jelly Bean. The ROM may have some issues but list of bugs is not provided yet, developers who want to make this ROM better, should check it out and offer their constructive input so that the ROM can be made better.

Here are the instructions that you need to follow,

• Full Wipe if you were using another ROM
• Download and Install the ROM
• Get all the possible bugfixes
• Install Gapps
• Wipe Cache Partition
• Advanced/Wipe Dalvik Cache
• Reboot and edit your Apps Dpi & Layout under Settings/Paranoid Settings
• DO NOT RESTORE YOUR OLD PROPERTIES FOR NOW
