Download Google Sound Search on Android 4.0 ICS device
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean packs many amusing features that every Android user wants to see in his device, devices that have been ported to the latest Android versions will soon be enjoying all these features but what about the folks who are rocking an ICS device? Well developers have not forgotten them all and they have slowly started to reveal Jelly Bean features for Ice Cream Sandwich devices. Google Sound Search has been pulled from Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and it is available for all Android 4.0 devices– Kudos to XDA expert asdfzz for his awesome work.

For those who are unaware, let me tell you Google Sound Search is Google’s music recognition service, it offers instant music search and discovery. If you don’t know the music you are listening to simple hum or sing in front of it, or just play a tune from and Google Sound Search will guess it in few seconds.
The Google Sound Search widget developed by asdfzz works exactly like SoundHound and Shazam but it is somewhat faster than them. It is available for both rooted and without root device and even one with a transparent widget. So if you want to get the music identification service on your ICS ROM then get the APK and library, push them to the proper location, and reboot.
Here is your complete installation guide posted by asdfzz
