Apr 10 Asus reminds GPS dongles for Transformer Prime is not official yet

Asus Transformer Prime owners have just lain on their couches waiting for the GPS dongle to rescue them from the GPS issue. But Asus has reminded that it hasn’t announce anything officially regarding it.

Well you must have heard that Asus is planning to offer GPS dongle to address the issue,but the manufacturer has stated that it is not offering any GPS dongles right now. An anonymous geek has contacted Asus regarding the Dongle last Friday night and this is what they replied.

We are aware of the blog posts and comments.

We are currently not offering any GPS dongles for the Transformer device, and have made no official statements at this time.

If you would like to keep up to date on recent news from ASUS, please refer to ASUS.com, as this will be where to find any announcements which are made.

I’m sorry that we will not be able to assist you further in this matter.

Yes there is nothing official about GPS Dongle, but we really wish that Asus will break the ice soon and come up with something really pleasing for the Transformer Prime owners ? Is there anyone who has got the same reminder/ reply from Asus? If yes, let us know.
